The IAM Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) solutions using an Identity integrations platform. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, secure user authentication, and efficient access management processes.

Your Impact: 

• Implement and configure Okta IAM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage integrations between Okta and various applications, including HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to IAM implementations.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide support for IAM solutions, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in IAM implementations.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate IAM configurations and integrations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to other team members and clients. 
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather
• requirements and define IAM solutions.

Your Toolkit:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 5 years experience Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Okta platforms and IAM solutions.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Okta Certified
• Administrator, or Okta Certified Developer are a plus
• Proficiency in Okta, identity and access management (IAM), and integration technologies.

Compensation:

$110,000 USD - $126,000 USD
