This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

The Role:

  • Responsible for internal audit and risk assessment of company’s financial and operational practices. 

  • Prepares audit plans and conducts internal audits/reviews. 

  • Establishes audit criteria to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other legislatively mandated compliance initiatives (ITGC, etc.). Prepares audit plans and understands the specific issues to be evaluated. 

  • Reports audit results to management and makes recommendations for implementing controls where appropriate. 

  • May facilitate the work of external auditors during on-site visits.

What you bring to the role:

  • 4-year college degree (or additional relevant experience and education in a related field).

  • Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience with a Top Accounting Firm (Big 4 is a plus).

  • CISA, CIA, CISSP, CISM, CPA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus

  • Experienced professional individual contributor, assisting with walkthroughs, SOX, ITGC, and other related audits, preparing and presenting findings/reports.

  • Possesses the ability to work independently on a team with limited supervision. May manage projects/processes.

  • Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.

  • Problems faced are complicated and often complex.

  • Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.

  • Will champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.

  • May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.

  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.

  • Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.

  • Specialist in technical or business skills.

  • Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.

  • Ability to make significant contributions to processes and systems.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $93,000.00 - $158,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
