What you will do:
- Team Impact:

- Develop thought leadership content and present at industry events or customer forums, the DISQO blog, showcasing your expertise and elevating the company's brand within the market.
- Design and implement tailored engagement plans for top-tier clients, ensuring that strategic conversations address their unique business challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and drive the business forward.
- Work cross-functionally to better understand the organization’s needs and contribute to broader strategic initiatives that impact multiple areas of the business.
What you bring to the role:
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive strategic collaboration across departments.
- Experience working closely with customer success teams and an understanding of how to improve client health through strategic insights.
- A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently and take full ownership of projects.
