Sr. HRIS Analyst

The Sr. HRIS Analyst will lead, collaborate and support integration development projects and day-to-day administration of our HRIS system (Workday) spanning across all aspects of HR. This role will get a broad range of exposure in developing and implementing new integrations and expanding functionality within existing integrations across all of our Workday SKUs including HCM, Learning, Recruiting, Payroll/Advanced Comp, Benefits, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Onboarding.

Essential Functions

  • Lead design and implementations of interfaces from primary HR systems and coordinate all activities, including requirements gathering, data mapping, design specifications, test strategy, scheduling, and development. Receive direction from functional subject matter experts to facilitate data conversion, complex reports, interfaces, error handling and custom integration builds.
  • Serves as an advanced subject matter expert for data transfer feeds such as EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio Integrations, Orchestrations, and RaaS Reports.
  • Works collaboratively with HR partners and team members to troubleshoot, research, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Facilitates development of Workday Extend applications for customized business use cases, and maintenance of existing applications using REST and SOAP API expertise.
  • Monitor and research system integration issues around data, performance, scheduling and file transmissions. Coordinate and communicate resolution on issues with IT support teams, vendors and business teams.
  • Proactively identify and initiate improvement opportunities around system, process, data and user experience, and recommend options to leaders with justification, impacts and data for the approach.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration and maintenance of Workday, Kronos and any other HR related technology systems.
  • Work directly with HR communities, technical staff and project teams to identify, analyze, design, test and implement new systems or improvements to existing systems and associated procedures
  • Leads systems updates/upgrades, working with vendors (if applicable) to test changes to ensure systems and processes are working as designed.
  • Communicates system and process changes to HR partners across the organization.
  • Coordinates with the Training & Development team to create and conduct training for business super users and trainers on HRIS applications, including features and procedures. Collaborate with business leads on training approach and development for end users and support teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 4 Years – Experience managing core HRIS technology
    • 4 Years – Experience in systems implementation and integration

*experience may include a combination of work experience and education

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 6 Years – Experience managing core HRIS, Applicant Tracking, Time and Attendance systems
    • 6 Years – Experience working in HR functional systems for Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.          
    • 6 Years – Experience leading technology implementations

Education

  • Minimum Required: 
    • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related field
  • Preferred: 
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or other related field

Certification/License:

  • Required:            N/A
  • Preferred:           Workday Pro certification in report writing, integrations, and/or Workday Extend.

Typical Compensation Range

Pay Rate Type: Salary

$87,360.12 - $126,672.19 / Yearly
