The Impact of a Sr. HRIS Analyst at Coupa:
This HRIS Analyst will work with HR systems to provide end-user support, test system changes, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvement.
This position is responsible for report development, application administration, support, and maintenance for all global Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Working collaboratively, this position will be responsible for a broad range of HRIS activities including project management, program implementation, configuration, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance. What You'll Do:
- Lead HRIS technical oversight: gather requirements, perform gap analyses, map processes, configure systems, evaluate integrations/data conversion, and manage cross-functional testing.
- Collaborate with IT to manage system feeds and ensure alignment across downstream applications.
- Audit all HCM data areas (security, foundation setup, compensation, performance management) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, train users, resolve production issues, and provide root-cause analysis.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decisions; ensure global data integrity with strong QC processes.
- Oversee HRIS design, administration, coding/debugging (BRDs/FSDs/TDDs), and collaborate with IT on configurations, upgrades, and business initiatives.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, or related field, with 4+ years of HRIS experience across ATS, Performance Management, LMS, payroll modules; Ceridian Dayforce a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office 365 tools, including advanced Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of XML and SQL, with the ability to apply technical skills to HR systems and reporting.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking.
- Project management experience with end-to-end global HR technology initiatives, including dashboard construction and custom reporting.
- Deep understanding of HR systems structure, functions, and interdependencies; skilled in documentation of requirements, design, development, and testing.
