The Role

We are hiring a Sr. HR Generalist / Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while supporting day to day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role balances strategic HR Business Partner responsibilities with hands on execution, partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement while overseeing core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, policy administration, compliance, and process improvement. As a key member of a growing HR team, you will help scale people programs, enhance the employee experience, and support the organization's continued growth through both strategic partnership and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and provide strategic HR guidance.

  • Advise leaders on compensation, promotions, job titles, organizational changes, performance management, and career development.

  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and HR system and employee data changes.

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HRIS transactions, and policy administration.

  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.

  • Drive employee engagement through surveys, focus groups, recognition programs, and action planning.

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to benefits, leave, HR systems, policies, and other HR programs.

  • Analyze workforce data to improve processes, support compliance, and recommend business solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees while fostering a positive, high performing workplace culture.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.

  • Experience in a start up supporting in office and remote employees.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.

  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships, influence leaders, and effectively manage sensitive and confidential matters.

  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling.
