We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Graphic Design Team in Newport Beach, CA.

As a senior graphics designer you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by developing and maintaining graphic designs to support the organization's image, identity, and brand. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of seven people in the Consumer Markets Division. Your colleagues will include fellow Graphic Design professionals, motion graphics artists, UX designers and copywriters.

How you’ll help move us forward:

  • Develop and maintain graphic designs to support the organization's image, identity, and brand.

  • Develop and design the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork and marketing materials.

  •  Meet with colleagues to determine and assess effectiveness of imagery and presentation needs and may direct marketing design projects, collaborating with multiple teams.

  • Integrate current and contemporary visual trends and media into day-to-day assignments.

The experience you bring:

  • 5–8+ years graphic design experience with a focus on digital communications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Expert skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) are musts

  • Working knowledge of Figma and Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desired

  • A passion for design with deep experience in brand identity, campaign development, and traditional disciplines (typography, color, layout)

  • Experience developing and executing ideas from strategic concept to project completion across all media platforms

  • Ability to collaborate and take constructive feedback that aligns with business strategies and goals

  • Be able to handle concurrent projects and adhere to fast-paced timelines; and schedules

  • Strong presentation skills for pitching concepts and presenting campaigns

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$91,350.00 - $111,650.00
