Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, strategize, and design a wide range of visual solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to understand their needs, brainstorm ideas, and incorporate feedback into the design process
  • Solve story-driven design problems effectively
  • Contribute toward the development of branding initiatives
  • Continuously improve skills with the latest industry trends and design software
  • Onboard new team members
  • Inspire and mentor junior team members
  • Oversee design projects from conception to completion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the design field or related industry
  • Portfolio Submission: Please include a link to your online portfolio or samples of recent work. Samples must demonstrate design skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of campaign strategies
  • Excellent design skills in layout, composition, typography, and color theory
  • Ability to develop complex, integrated designs
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Adept in interpreting technical information (diagrams, infographics)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Maintain a willingness to challenge yourself, inspire others, and believe all ideas are welcomed
  • Bachelor's in graphic design or similar field

  • Experience in illustration
  • Proficient in macOS
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is

$74,880$118,560 USD
