We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer experienced in Node.js, React, and Next.js to join a fast-paced, innovation-driven fintech team. This position focuses on building high-performance, SEO-optimized web applications that elevate user engagement and scalability.
As part of an agile, cross-functional team, you’ll collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, efficient, and maintainable applications. If you’re passionate about crafting modern, responsive, and SEO-friendly solutions, this is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure optimal rendering, structured data, and fast load times.
  • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with strong attention to performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth, reliable application performance.
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and frameworks to improve development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with React and Node.js.
  • Strong experience with Next.js and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and UI component architecture.
  • Proficiency with Tailwind CSS or other modern styling frameworks.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CircleCI) and Git version control.
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization, lazy loading, and caching.
  • Advanced English and strong communication skills for technical discussions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech or high-traffic platforms.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, testing frameworks, and analytics tracking.
  • Previous experience leading SEO or page-performance initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, especially GCP or AWS.
