Description and Requirements
Duties: Design, develop, and manage end-to-end lifecycle solutions for Customer Communications Management (CCM) to meet business and customer needs. Create and implement personalized, multi-channel communication solutions, including print, email, SMS, and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging across all delivery platforms. Utilize the Quadient Inspire product suite, including Designer, Automation, Scalar, Interactive, Digital Advantage Suite (DAS), Messenger, and Dynamic Communications (DC), to deliver high-quality communication solutions. Process and integrate data from various formats, including Flatfile, XML, and JSON, ensuring seamless communication between systems through data transformation and validation. Plan, execute, and validate ECM content and workflow migrations, leveraging expertise in ECM platforms and tools to manage and migrate large-scale content repositories. Design and implement solutions that integrate cloud services with legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency in hybrid-cloud environments. Develop Azure Synapse pipeline solutions for event-driven architecture and integrate with CCM applications (Digital services, Quadient). Implement and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline automation and Bullet Train deployment. Engage in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, while implementing DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to streamline development processes. Work within Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver iterative solutions. Develop detailed technical designs, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system specifications, and write comprehensive technical documentation such as installation guides, user manuals, and operational procedures. Lead and manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and provide guidance to junior team members. Learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, exploring AI opportunities within the Correspondence team. Offer technical support for complex systems and applications, working closely with vendor resources to ensure smooth implementation, operation, and maintenance, while resolving technical issues efficiently.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (will accept 3-year foreign education equivalent) and seven (7) years of experience performing software development and a strong technical understanding of Customer Communications Management platforms including hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire. Position requires experience in the following: 7 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end lifecycle solutions for customer communications management (CCM) using tools like Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, and Oracle Documaker. 4 years of experience using OpenText Exstream products to design templates, perform Data Integration, Batching Processing, and design and implement CCM solutions.
