We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer (Angular) to develop and support custom applications immediately. You will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of solutions for our client. In addition to contributing code and tangible deliverables, the role is expected to serve as an adviser, helping identify, educate, and foster best-in-class solutions. Core Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide expertise as well as customer service to meet a wide variety of requirements
- Quickly provide insight and options to challenges
- Understand our client's fast-moving business requirements
- Negotiate appropriate solutions with multiple stakeholders
- Write and maintain complex, mission-critical software
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software; contribute technically to projects
- Support and troubleshoot issues (process and system) related and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Identify new opportunities, tools, and services to enhance the custom software platform
- Serve as a subject matter expert in software development
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience with at least 3 years of Ruby on Rails development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Strong Angular experience of at least 3+ years.
- Strong Knowledge of relational databases
- Experience developing in Typescript/Node. Java or Python a plus
- Strong team building, vendor, and customer relations skills
