We're Looking For A: Senior Front End Developer who will be responsible for driving conversion rate optimization to support the technology Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various brands in the wellness and pet product sectors. This role will shape user journeys, enhance UI/UX, and drive impactful conversions through their technical expertise and creativity. This role responsibilities include implementing and maintaining high-quality front-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and utilizing your skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions for web optimization.
  • Work with media buyers, copy writers, and QA to ensure all aspects of conversion rate optimization best practices are being implemented in the code.
  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular and other modern web technologies.
  • Implement A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX enhancements and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify potential performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive website improvements and user engagement.


Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):

  • Angular Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Angular and TypeScript, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Front-end Technologies: Strong command of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Integration Skills: Experience with RESTful APIs and the ability to seamlessly integrate front-end and back-end systems.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Code Quality: Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code, with a focus on code reviews to uphold standards.
  • Design Eye: Seeking a developer with proficiency in InVision, Photoshop, and Figma for seamless integration of design elements into the development process.
  • 5 years of experience as a as a Front-End Web Developer.
  • 2 years of experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.

The base salary range for this position is $94,800 - $126,500, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
