Discover How You Will Make an Impact:The Sample Prep Business Unit drives $700M yearly revenue through a diverse product portfolio, operating in a broad breadth of market segments. We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Analyst, FP&A to drive our operating mechanisms and manage the entire suite of financials. This person will also be the trusted finance counterpart to the Marketing leader, allowing for FP&A and Business Partner exposure. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance in Sample Prep, this role will allow for tremendous visibility, learning opportunities and career growth potential. You will essentially be my right hand, indirectly leading our FP&A team and gaining valuable experience in driving an organization. You will have direct exposure to the VP GM of Sample Prep and the VP of Division FP&A as our key FP&A leader. You will help the Sample Prep Finance team drive all aspects of the P&L and Balance Sheet, touching revenue, margin, operating expenses, net income, and capital spend. A Day in the Life :- Partner with Sample Prep Finance leader and Business partners to drive process excellence in our key reporting mechanisms of QBR/MBR, AOP, STRAP
- Drive thoughtful analytics and define key performance indicators to proactively manage the Full P&L and ensure the success of our business
- Transform, scale and expand our FP&A value proposition across multiple functions by effectively influencing and breaking down barriers
- Be the trusted finance counterpart to the Sample Prep Marketing leader
- Cultivate a positive, efficient and effective working culture for the team & business
- Develop models that help with decision-making based on strategic thought leadership
- Continuously drive operational improvements (PPI) in our internal processes
- Use systems/tools to automate reporting where applicable
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or other business-related subject areas (MBA, CFA a plus)
- 4+ years of progressive finance experience
- Full comprehension of financials and how to use them to analyze a business
- Self-reliant, problem solver with a natural bias towards proactive continuous improvement & communication
- Organized, efficient, detail oriented, transparent and positive
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, communicate effectively and meet timelines
- Outstanding Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint skills and experience with Hyperion Planning, Smartview or similar systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (think executive summarization)
- Consistent track record of working with a diverse group of individuals
- Demonstrated experience in a sophisticated, multinational, heavily matrixed organization

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$135,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
