Revenue Cycle Management & Cash Flow
• Oversee healthcare revenue operations, including claims tracking, reconciliation, and cash collections
• Collaborate with external billing and RCM vendors to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements
• Maintain visibility into accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and payer mix trends

• Serve as the financial thought partner to the CEO and leadership team
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive financial discipline
• Lay the foundation for future finance hires and help scale internal capabilities

• Compensation: $130-150k + equity
• Remote from approved states (CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NM, NY, OR, VT, and WA)
