To drive value-driven, priority-based business partnering model in enabling critical commercial/business service, standardizing and streamline financial planning related activities, we are seeking regional team members who will be part of capability center for the business unit finance in Asia Pacific to support business partnering activities and capabilities in Asia Pacific.

What You Will Do 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly business plans, and annual budgeting processes.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance vs. plan.
  • Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems (e.g., SAP, BW, OneStream, Power BI).
  • Lead financial business planning and various financial updates for assigned market. The person will be responsible for accuracy & providing financial insights in collaboration with the market finance peers.
  • Come with ideas to innovate, ability to resolve complex problems and approach towards process and system automation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Market BUF, Local Demand Planner) to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting (CA or MBA preferred)
  • CA with 4-6 years of exp in FP&A / Non CA with 8 - 10 years of exp, preferably in the consumer health or FMCG sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with OneStream, SAP, BW, Power BI is a must.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
