Disney Studios Marketing is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Sr. Executive Assistant to support the Head of Marketing for Studios. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to build a foundation in entertainment and studio marketing while gaining exposure to the campaigns, strategies, and creative processes behind some of the world's most beloved films and stories.
In this role, you'll support day-to-day operations for the Head of Marketing for Studios while working alongside cross-functional marketing teams responsible for theatrical and streaming releases, promotions, events, and audience engagement initiatives. You'll gain firsthand experience in how large-scale marketing campaigns are developed, launched, and executed across a global organization.

What You Will Do:
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of Marketing for Studios, including managing a high-volume, constantly evolving calendar aligned to business priorities.
Coordinate and prioritize internal and external meetings and screening/directing calls in a fast-paced environment.
Manage complex travel arrangements aligned with film premieres, global press tours, media events, and industry engagements, including all logistics and expense reconciliation.
Handle sensitive and confidential information related to campaign strategy, talent, and business operations with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Act as a trusted representative of the executive in interactions with filmmakers, talent teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
Support onboarding of new team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture within the marketing organization.
Identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency, streamlining administrative workflows, improving tools and templates, and enabling better coordination across campaign teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
At least 3 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordinator, marketing, communications, entertainment, or related role. Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic administrative partner within a high-performing marketing organization, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and driving solutions.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience supporting presentation development and executive communications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished correspondence and marketing materials.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent priorities tied to deadlines, launches, and events.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when working with sensitive information, talent, and senior leadership.
Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across different departments.
Flexibility to support peak marketing moments, including campaign launches, premieres, and high-profile events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or corporate settings with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
Work experience in entertainment, media, marketing, communications, advertising, or a creative industry.
Strong interest in storytelling, entertainment trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Working knowledge of programs like Airtable, Canva, and AI tools
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $65,300.00 to $87,500.00 per year based on a 40- hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
