Summary
The Senior Epic Analyst II on the Managed Services Team is responsible for configuring, managing, and supporting clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for healthcare clients. This role involves managing support and maintenance tickets, performing routine builds, participating in on-call rotations, and working on special projects, including Epic upgrades, as needed by the client.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analyst for Epic maintenance, build, and configuration.
- Manage client trouble tickets and requests, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.
- Lead application build for Epic upgrades and handle Nova Note Review and Build.
- Implement testing procedures and support go-live activities in a command center setting.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement, mentor junior analysts, and foster strong client and peer relationships.
Required Skills
- Epic Certification in at least one application
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in healthcare policies, procedures, and information systems.
