Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Sr. Enterprise Product Manager to drive leading-edge solutions within our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem. This role is designed for a problem-solver who combines deep Source-to-Pay functional knowledge and the technical grit to turn conceptual ideas into reality.

You will work closely with Procurement stakeholders and technical teams to ensure our systems are efficient, accurate, and ahead of the curve. As a key member of the team, you are expected to bring a "can-do" attitude—willing to pivot when priorities shift and ready to support the broader Finance organization whenever challenges arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Technical Delivery & Configuration: Analyze complex business problems and design automated system solutions. You will be responsible for the hands-on configuration of our P2P stack.

  • AI Innovation: Develop and execute roadmaps for leveraging AI to streamline P2P processes

  • Strategic Scoping: Partner with Procurement and Finance leadership to identify and scope the most impactful requirements in designs, ensuring technical solutions drive measurable business results.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights, identifying bottlenecks in the procurement funnel and opportunities for system optimization.

  • SDLC Excellence: Create and maintain high-quality documentation throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring configurations and integrations are scalable and audit-ready.

  • Flexible Support: Act as a versatile technical resource, willing to support systems needs across various Finance processes as the organization's needs evolve.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Experience: 5+ years in a hands-on role focused on enterprise financial application delivery.

  • SaaS Administration (Must-Have): Proven experience leading the administration of enterprise SaaS applications. Workday and Zip experience is highly preferred.

  • P2P Domain Expertise: Deep functional understanding of Procurement and Accounts Payable business processes.

  • Data Analysis: Strong knowledge of data modeling and experience analyzing large datasets. SQL proficiency and experience with Snowflake are preferred.

  • AI Fluency: A continuous learner who stays on the leading edge of AI developments and knows how to apply them to business application development.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
  • Low Ego, High Impact: A team-first collaborator who jumps in to support colleagues and stakeholders whenever challenges arise. You don’t complain when asked to help; you see it as an opportunity to drive impact.

  • Architectural Thinking: The ability to see the "big picture" of how data flows between applications in the P2P landscape, while maintaining the technical credibility to push the envelope on what is possible.

  • Proactive Ownership: Self-motivated and takes initiative. You don’t wait for a perfectly defined roadmap—you help build it.

  • Curiosity & Agility: You possess a natural curiosity to solve "unsolvable" problems and the flexibility to remain productive in ambiguous situations.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
