Lead the digital product team to enhance SKIMS' website and app, manage product lifecycle, and optimize digital experiences using data analysis and effective project management.

The head of digital product will be the business product owner of our website and mobile app experience. They will grow & lead a team of product managers, project managers & UX designers to build & optimize best in class digital experiences for our SKIMS customers.
Responsibilities
· Business owner across our direct digital experiences (site & app), reporting to SVP of eCommerce
· Co-manage the full product lifecycle among internal and outsourced teams alongside Head of Ecommerce Engineering: from research and discovery through development, testing and iteration
· Manage & coach digital experts to support rapid business growth (product owners, project managers, designers)
· Partner closely with Engineering department. Strong technical capabilities with ability to discuss & review technical approaches to various problems.
· Balance priorities amongst: Large-scale build projects, new feature design, UX design, hot-fixes, bug backlog, 3rd party integrations, data tracking governance, A/B testing, CMS enhancements, payment & checkout ops etc.
· Oversee rigorous project management processes to prioritize projects and execute to precision within deadlines; including agile workflows with engineering team
· Partner with technology, marketing, analytics, performance marketing, CX etc teams to address needs from all stakeholders and prioritize effectively in the roadmap
· Introduce new 3rd party vendor relationships to continuously evolve the product vision & innovate
· Inform all product evolutions with data from rigorous A/B or multivariate testing, deep product analytics, user testing and customer feedback
· Ownable to the overarching product roadmap, presenting the long term vision in regular executive meetings
Key Skills and Experience
· 10+ years with hands on experience as product owner for significantly scaled retail/ecommerce businesses
· Various experiences driving website builds, replatforms and redesigns
· Experience working with various ecommerce platforms, including Shopify
· Experience working with headless frameworks and CMS tools
· Experience building & launching a mobile app
· Experience building cohesive omnichannel customer journeys between digital & in-store
· Expertly versed in project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile/waterfall) – at scale
· Natural leader, ready to hire & coach strong product management individuals & motivate teams towards a common vision
· Exceptional data analysis skills – backs all decisions & priorities with data
· Excellent relationship building ability – will work cross functionally with almost every department in the company
· Visionary - Always researching new technologies, ecommerce features & innovative approaches
· Customer-obsessed, ability to consider “big picture” objectives to improve experience for SKIMS customers
· Must be in LA (4x week in-office)
