The Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing leads pipeline generation strategies by designing comprehensive account-based marketing programs, managing BDR teams, and ensuring effective campaign execution to drive revenue outcomes.
About the job:
The Senior Director of Revenue Marketing is the conductor of Neuron7's enterprise pipeline engine, converting account-based experiences (ABX) and demand generation programs into a unified pipegen machine. This role will own target account identification through qualified opportunity creation in key collaboration with the BDR team and have full accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline.
You'll design and execute campaigns that combine intent-driven targeting, personalized content, field marketing touch points, and human-to-human outreach to engage enterprise buying groups at scale. This is not a traditional marketing role running a 2015 playbook that hands MQLs to sales and hopes for the best. You own pipeline outcome.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Design and execute comprehensive target account programs that engage enterprise buyers across their entire lifecycle, from anonymous research through expansion
Build dynamic target account frameworks combining ICP fit, predictive scoring, intent signals, and behavioral data to prioritize where marketing and BDR efforts focus
Create tight feedback loops between marketing campaigns and BDR execution, when campaigns generate engagement, BDRs follow up quickly
Establish account progression models tracking movement through awareness → consideration → decision → expansion stages with clear triggers and actions
Measure campaign effectiveness through full-funnel attribution showing contribution to pipeline, velocity impact, and revenue outcomes
Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
Manage a Field Marketing Manager to develop event strategies that extend beyond the day itself: pre-event ABM campaigns to drive target account attendance, on-site activation to maximize engagement, post-event nurture sequences to convert conversations into pipeline
Hire and manage AI agents to accelerate effectiveness and efficiency of new campaigns from Intent analytics and action, marketing orchestration and content personalization
Partner with Revops on marketing and sales development tech stack: marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp) sales engagement, intent data, and enrichment tools
Serve as primary marketing liaison to Sales Leadership, align on target accounts, campaign priorities, territory planning, and handoff processes
Develop annual and quarterly revenue marketing strategies and pipeline forecasts with clear targets, budget requirements, and resource plans
Experience & Background:
7 -12+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles
Proven track record owning pipeline goals and meeting/exceeding targets at enterprise SaaS/technology companies
Deep expertise in account-based marketing with demonstrated success running ABX programs at scale for mid-6 figure ARR deals with background implementing signal-based or intent-driven prospecting methodologies
Experience directly managing or closely partnering with SDR/BDR teams in complex sales environments
Track record of success at high-growth companies ($10M-$100M ARR range preferred)
Strategic Skills:
Revenue Accountability: Comfortable being measured on pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just marketing metrics
Cross-Functional Influence: Builds trust and drives alignment without direct authority over sales, product, or executive teams
Data-Driven Decision Making: Makes choices based on evidence while knowing when to trust instinct
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful in finding solutions, biased toward action
