About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Director of Product Marketing to define and drive the go-to-market strategy for Cresta’s AI Agent and Agentic Assist portfolio (Cresta Agents). This leader will report to the VP of Product Marketing and play a critical role in the next phase of Cresta’s growth.

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the development and continuous refinement of segmentation, positioning, and messaging for our AI Agent and Agentic Assist (Cresta Agents) portfolio, distilling it into clear, compelling sales and marketing collateral that communicates our differentiation and value at both the product and platform levels.
  • Partner closely across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, serving as the connective tissue to define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive the growth and success of Cresta’s AI Agent and Agentic Assist solutions.
  • Introduce new AI Agent and Agentic Assist products and capabilities to the market in ways that drive adoption and pipeline, leading end-to-end launch strategy and developing the enablement required to support cross-functional teams.
  • Deeply understand where and why we win or lose AI Agent and Agentic Assist opportunities across new business and expansion, taking a rigorous, data-driven approach to influence roadmap priorities, refine our differentiation, and optimize our overall growth strategy.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate potential threats, and shape Cresta’s category narrative in the rapidly evolving agentic AI landscape.
  • Partner with the broader marketing organization to develop thought leadership perspectives and build high-impact campaigns that fuel pipeline and reinforce Cresta’s leadership across AI Agents and agentic automation.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market dynamics, positioning, and long-term platform strategy across Cresta Agents.
  • Act as a cross-functional leader and connector across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships to ensure tight GTM alignment. 

Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or AI
  • Experience leading GTM strategy for complex, technical platforms.
  • Proven track record influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of large language models and enterprise AI deployment.
  • Experience building and scaling product marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in contact center, customer experience, or enterprise automation categories.
  • Experience marketing AI Agent or agentic AI systems.

Compensation at Cresta:

Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.

Salary Range$220,000 - 260,000 + Equity
