The Sr. Director of Partnerships at Sword Health will focus on expanding the company's reach through effective channel management. This role is crucial for scaling Sword Health's market penetration by leveraging channel partners to distribute and sell Sword Health's solutions. The Sr. Director will support the channel sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's broader objectives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee the strategy and execution for channel sales, aligning with Sword Health’s growth strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing channel sales team, ensuring they have the resources and support to excel.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for channel partners, enhancing Sword Health’s market presence.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify and develop sales opportunities through channel partnerships.
  • Establish and nurture executive-level relationships within channel partner organizations to maximize sales potential.
  • Analyze channel partner performance, providing insights and adapting strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
  • Handle escalations, negotiate channel contracts, and represent Sword Health at relevant industry events.

What you need to have:

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on scaling sales through partners.
  • Expertise in channel strategy, particularly in creating and executing successful go-to-market plans.
  • Thorough knowledge of digital health markets and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building at the executive level.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions to drive channel success.
