Job Description

   

Job Title: Sr Director of Partner Ecosystem Sales

Reports to: SVP & GM North America

The Senior Director of Partner Ecosystem Sales will lead and inspire a team to create and execute a partner sales strategy across the Americas, while also managing a portfolio of named commercial accounts within Fortune 1000 companies in the US. This role is crucial for driving revenue and market adoption through an integrated partner ecosystem and ensuring the company is the premier open source partner for the technology community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a multi-year strategy to accelerate growth across all partner channels.

  • Manage a team responsible for "co-sell" and "through-sell" motions, building executive relationships, and ensuring strategic partner engagement.

  • Serve as an executive sponsor for key Fortune 1000 accounts.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of senior partner/channel leadership experience (Director level or above).

  • Demonstrable success in managing and building strategies for a majority of partner types including IHV, ISV, GSI, MSP, and Public Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure & GCP).

  • Expertise in the open source software market and cloud native technologies.

  • Proven ability to build and lead go-to-market strategies with large national partners, driving successful "sell-with," "sell-through," and "co-sell" motions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ecosystem Revenue Growth: Achieve a 25% year-over-year increase in partner-sourced revenue.

  • Strategic Account Penetration: Successfully expand partner-led solutions into 25% of the target Fortune 1000 accounts annually.

  • Partner Engagement & Enablement: Ensure 90% of key partners are actively engaged and enabled to drive co-sell and through-sell motions.

  • Team Culture & Development: Foster a high-performance culture of ownership, hustle, and a sense of urgency, as measured by team productivity metrics and employee engagement scores.
