The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Director of Outbound Product Marketing Management (PMM) to lead the positioning, messaging, and activation strategies for our Creators & GenAI portfolio. This leader will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, orchestrating bold go-to-market motions, and building partnerships that drive adoption, engagement, and advocacy. You will serve as a key connector across teams, aligning product, marketing, partnerships, and community efforts into cohesive campaigns that shape the future of creative expression in the GenAI era!
Lead activations, co-marketing initiatives, and partner marketing to expand reach and impact
Spearhead creative campaigns and evergreen communications that drive awareness and engagement
Act as a messaging expert, translating briefs and complex concepts into compelling narratives
Align strategy across social, content, and community channels, working cross-functionally to execute at scale
Develop and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders across marketing, community, insights & research, communications, and partnerships
Partner with Inbound PMM to translate product and community insights into marketing strategy
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and communications teams to orchestrate unified launch plans that drive product adoption
Enable GTM and Marketing teams to understand, articulate, and amplify product value.
Act as a public-facing voice through events, customer conversations, and thought leadership opportunities
A minimum of ten years of product marketing experience, including senior leadership roles driving strategy and execution for innovative products
Passion for new technologies, with deep knowledge of the GenAI landscape
Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and how communities adopt and influence technology
Demonstrated skill in developing effective product positioning, messaging, and content that drives engagement and adoption
Experience successfully launching AI or technical products to market, with an ability to differentiate in a fast-evolving, competitive space
Proven track record in collaborating across all levels of an organization
Expertise in crafting, implementing, and leading change management initiatives
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments, with a bias for action and problem solving
Skilled at toggling between high-level strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Executive presence and experience representing brands externally through thought leadership, customer events, or industry forums
Strong storytelling ability, with a creative mindset and passion for crafting narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
