This leader will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, orchestrating bold go-to-market motions, and building partnerships that drive adoption, engagement, and advocacy. You will serve as a key connector across teams, aligning product, marketing, partnerships, and community efforts into cohesive campaigns that shape the future of creative expression in the GenAI era!

What you’ll do

  • Spearhead creative campaigns and evergreen communications that drive awareness and engagement

  • Act as a messaging expert, translating briefs and complex concepts into compelling narratives

  • Align strategy across social, content, and community channels, working cross-functionally to execute at scale

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders across marketing, community, insights & research, communications, and partnerships

  • Partner with Inbound PMM to translate product and community insights into marketing strategy

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and communications teams to orchestrate unified launch plans that drive product adoption

  • Enable GTM and Marketing teams to understand, articulate, and amplify product value.

  • Act as a public-facing voice through events, customer conversations, and thought leadership opportunities

What you’ll need to succeed
  • A minimum of ten years of product marketing experience, including senior leadership roles driving strategy and execution for innovative products

  • Passion for new technologies, with deep knowledge of the GenAI landscape

  • Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and how communities adopt and influence technology

  • Demonstrated skill in developing effective product positioning, messaging, and content that drives engagement and adoption

  • Experience successfully launching AI or technical products to market, with an ability to differentiate in a fast-evolving, competitive space

  • Proven track record in collaborating across all levels of an organization

  • Expertise in crafting, implementing, and leading change management initiatives

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments, with a bias for action and problem solving

  • Skilled at toggling between high-level strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Executive presence and experience representing brands externally through thought leadership, customer events, or industry forums

  • Strong storytelling ability, with a creative mindset and passion for crafting narratives that resonate with diverse audiences

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
