We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Sr. Director, Global HR Business Partner to lead our global HR Business Partner team and shape the people strategy at Reputation. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving initiatives that enable business growth, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance the employee experience across our global workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company values.

  • Act as a strategic partner to executives and senior leaders, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional HR leaders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, People Operations) to deliver integrated people strategies that drive business performance.

  • Champion a people-first, performance-based culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

  • Drive the performance management process, ensuring clear goal-setting, meaningful feedback, and effective talent reviews across the organization.

  • Oversee employee relations globally, balancing risk mitigation with proactive engagement strategies to strengthen culture and retention.

  • Lead succession planning, leadership coaching, and development initiatives to build organizational capability and prepare the business for future growth.

  • Ensure compliance with global employment laws and practices, while driving consistency, scalability, and efficiency in HR programs and processes.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to align workforce planning with business needs and ensure a positive, seamless candidate and employee onboarding experience.

  • Influence and guide leaders through organizational change, helping teams navigate transformation with resilience and clarity.

  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing and evolving the values that define our company globally.
     

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP role supporting executives and managing teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

  • Proven experience leading and developing HR teams across multiple geographies.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to business objectives.

  • Strong knowledge  across core HR disciplines, including employee relations, organizational design, talent management, performance management, and compensation.

  • Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills with senior leaders.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
