Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall FP&A systems strategy and technology roadmap.
- Drive modernization of FP&A platforms, including OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, and ERP integrations.
- Implement AI and automation to improve forecasting, planning, reporting, and executive insights.
- Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation projects from planning through execution.
- Partner with Finance leadership to improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and technology investments.
- Establish governance, best practices, and reporting for FP&A systems.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Infrastructure, HR, Legal, and Finance teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10–15+ years of IT or enterprise applications experience.
- Strong experience supporting FP&A systems and finance processes.
- Experience leading large-scale global technology transformation programs.
- Experience with OneStream (preferred), ERP systems, Power BI, Databricks, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of AI/Generative AI applications in finance, including forecasting, planning, and analytics.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Semiconductor industry experience supporting Finance organizations.
- Experience with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.
- PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with semiconductor engineering environments or lab operations is an added advantage.
