Job title: Senior Director – Enterprise Serialization Technology Solutions

Current Need

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Software Development & Engineering team focused on Serialization Technology Solutions. This strategic leadership role will drive enterprise serialization initiatives, ensure compliance with DSCSA regulations, and lead modernization efforts including migration to SAP RISE and S/4 upgrade for ATTP. The role will also oversee service delivery, financial management, and business engagement across McKesson Technology and business units.

Position DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for serialization technology solutions aligned with DSCSA regulatory milestones.
  • Lead the migration of SAP ATTP from Azure to SAP RISE and subsequent S/4 upgrade.
  • Drive service excellence through cost center management, financial oversight, and roadmap execution.
  • Engage with senior business executives and represent the team in enterprise forums such as the DSCSA Governance Council.
  • Partner with SAP to influence product roadmap and address functional gaps.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and audit readiness.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across business units to ensure technology solutions meet operational and regulatory needs.
  • Promote adoption of technology solutions through formal organizational change management practices.
  • Measure and report on performance metrics, benefits realization, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Typically require 13+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in diversified leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in software development, enterprise technology platforms, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams, financials, and service delivery in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP technologies including ATTP, RISE, and S/4.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Must have skills: SAP ATTP, S/4 and Serialization

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$186,200 - $310,400
