SUMMARY
Responsible for overseeing brand marketing related needs for Spectrum Reach's multi-screen advertising solutions. Works directly with key Growth leaders developing and executing marketing strategies to grow revenue across the enterprise. Works cross-functionally with Enterprise Marketing teams to execute brand strategies and campaigns - serving as the guide to brand voice and strategic execution. Partners closely with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and drive employee engagement around our brand values.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the internal and external customer experience.
  • Responsible for overseeing all brand marketing related needs for Spectrum Reach's advertising solutions.
  • Partner with the VP Enterprise Marketing to craft the marketing strategy and value proposition for our solutions and manage a team of to activate the strategy.
  • Build strong relationships across marketing and the entire organization to ensure teams working on internal and external touchpoints understand the brand strategy to deliver a unified brand narrative.
  • Partner closely with creative teams to elevate and align executions ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Help develop executive presentations to showcase the work, demonstrating how it aligns to the broader creative strategy and impact through brand metrics and performance.
  • The Sr. Director will be responsible for "connecting the dots" between our solutions and our key ad sales categories and developing marketing strategies to help grow revenue across these categories.
  • Oversees the development and execution of our media plans/campaigns ensuring they support the marketing strategy and maximize paid and O&O inventory.
  • This person must be able to work effectively in a highly collaborative and matrix organization, to successfully partner with Growth, Product, Activation, Sales, Thought Leadership and Communications, Content Studio, Research, and Finance to activate and deploy marketing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Detailed knowledge of company allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas. Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations
  • Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas. Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company's goals
  • Erroneous decisions will have a long-term effect on the company's success
  • Complete knowledge of company products and services
  • Ability to effectively manage large and complex projects
  • Effectively lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Demonstrated know how of the multi-screen advertising landscape. Understanding of multiple platform content consumption
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to leverage key research tools to craft actionable insights and strategies.
  • Utilize consumer segmentation and advertising personas to support marketing campaign development and innovation
  • Understanding of new product pipeline development and innovation (concept development, testing & commercialization)
  • Ability to craft brand marketing strategy (purpose, value proposition by segment and category, personality & positioning)
  • Ability to translate product features into customer benefit
  • Ability to develop simple and easy to use sales and marketing materials

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Advanced degree preferred
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Brand Marketing experience - in the media/ advertising industry (Online player, Digital Agency, Cable Distributor or Programmer) - 10+yrs
  • Management experience - 7+yrs

The base pay for this position generally is between
$151,560.00 and $268,680.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
