What You'll Do
- Design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Drive adoption of standardized delivery patterns, reusable templates, and engineering best practices across teams.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) and cloud-native platform capabilities.
- Partner with engineering teams to modernize build, test, deployment, and release processes throughout the SDLC.
- Improve developer experience through automation, self-service capabilities, and reduced operational toil.
- Integrate security, compliance, observability, and governance controls into delivery pipelines.
- Support containerized and cloud-native deployments using Kubernetes and modern deployment strategies.
- Establish engineering metrics and continuous improvement practices using DORA, reliability, and developer productivity metrics.
- Influence architecture, platform, and delivery standards across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Mentor engineers and champion a culture of automation, standardization, and engineering excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure and cloud-native technologies.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, automation, and CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment practices.
- Strong scripting skills using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Proven experience collaborating across Engineering, Platform, Security, and Architecture teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical initiatives, influence engineering practices, and establish standards across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading DevOps transformation or platform engineering initiatives.
- Experience building golden pipelines, paved-road solutions, and self-service developer platforms.
- Experience with GitOps , observability, and developer productivity initiatives.
- Experience establishing enterprise engineering standards and best practices.
- Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, or related certifications.
