As a Sr. Demand Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing the demand marketing strategy to build the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth across the Americas region. Your responsibilities will include leveraging multiple marketing channels to raise brand awareness, developing targeted lead generation campaigns, and creating nurture programs that effectively guide leads through the sales funnel. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize impact and drive results.
We are looking for a Sr. Demand Marketing Specialist, Americas Telecoms who will:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Collaborate with sales leadership to define regional strategic priorities and create marketing plans aimed at building the sales pipeline and driving revenue growth, supported by cross-functional teams.

Event Management:

Work with the CSG event services team to oversee CSG's presence at key exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and conferences. Manage logistics and create promotional strategies to drive engagement and maximize attendance.

Digital Marketing:

Partner with the CSG digital marketing team to design and execute impactful digital campaigns, including paid social media, display advertising, and Google Ads.

Content Syndication:

Work closely with leading media publications and industry analysts to develop and implement content syndication programs that increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

Reporting & Analysis:

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and ensure maximum impact.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience in the technology sector, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Experience in demand marketing, including managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid social media, display advertising, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%.

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$71,433.11-$114,293.82

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
