Lead end-to-end delivery of data solutions and governance across multiple product areas, manage regulatory consent order data plan, drive enterprise data governance, quality and reconciliation, prioritize regulatory obligations, manage stakeholders and consulting resources, and provide C-level updates.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end data Solution delivery across multiple product areas
- Collaborate closely with various technology and functional teams
- provide governance and oversight for delivery of Consent Order Data Plan
- Lead and facilitate various aspects of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, Data Quality, and Reconciliation.
- Develop framework to define and track the prioritized scope of regulatory obligations
- Manage and prioritize across multiple competing priorities
- Provide Senior Stakeholder updates, run steering meetings
- Oversight of consulting resources
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ experience in data project management
- Senior technical level delivery experience in Capital Markets, for enterprise systems
- Data services domain expertise; including data architecture, big data, data warehousing, data controls
- Expertise in leading conversations with C-level stakeholders, auditors and regulators
- Proven ability to diagnose problems and cut through ambiguity across data, systems and organizations which include Front Office, Risk and Finance systems
- Proven ability to identify/communicate risks and impact, propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology; apply sound ethical judgment. demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding customer, its clients and assets
- Proven ability to provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions
- Ability to produce C-Level updates, decks
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 64,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 225,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
