WHO YOU ARE 

You’re a Sr. Data Engineer with expertise in data migration from multiple sources into Microsoft Dynamics. You have a deep understanding of database design, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Your analytical skills allow you to perform data transformation, debugging, and performance tuning effectively. You are proficient in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and T-SQL and have experience with Microsoft-related tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). 

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES 
● Lead and execute data migration efforts from CRMs systems into Microsoft Dynamics. 
● Design, develop, and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. 
● Develop and manage ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. 
● Utilize SSIS for efficient data integration and transformation. 
● Implement data cleansing techniques to improve data quality and consistency. 
● Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for data pipelines. 
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business 
needs. 
● Create reports and dashboards using SSRS to support business decision-making. 

POSITION SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 

Must-have  
● Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics. 
● Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services 
(SSRS). 
● Expertise in ETL processes and data transformation techniques. 
● Strong experience in database design and data warehousing. 
● Advanced knowledge of T-SQL for querying and database management. 
● Experience with performance tuning and debugging in SQL Server. 
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 


Senior Level. 
Full-time job (40 hours weekly). 
3-5-months contract. 
B2 to C1 Advanced English Level. 
Availability from 8 am-5 pm in the CST/EST/PCT time zone. 
Remote Work. 
Salary Rate: Negotiable. 
AMER/LATAM only.
