The Mission

The National Security Sector of Leidos is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst (HRIS) to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in McLean, VA.

*An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position.* 

The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

  • Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization

  • Develops data models for analysis

  • Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership

  • Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership

  • Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO, if needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Interfaces: DNI (HC, HRM, DEl), NARSIL Task 4, 7, and DEIA Lead

  • Processes/Activities:  Manage HR data, conduct analysis

  • Tools: MS Office, ETK EEO, COTS Data tools, Tableau, SQL

Basic Qualifications:

  •  BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
