We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.JOB DESCRIPTIONRed Seat Ventures is seeking a creative, versatile and strategically minded Advertising Copywriter to create compelling advertising copy and other written materials for creators across all media verticals including News & Politics, Sports, True Crime, Comedy and more.
This role is responsible for interpreting client briefs, assessing market and competitive landscapes, and writing sponsor reads, integrated advertisements, and promotional scripts that reflect the distinct voice of each creator while meeting advertiser objectives, brand standards, and campaign goals – all of this in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, a refined writing craft, and the ability to support complex, multi-platform campaigns.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
Organize and manage the end-to-end copywriting process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment across all campaign elements and timely, accurate delivery of materials.
Develop clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned advertising copy/scripts for host-read sponsorships, ensuring consistency with the creator’s established tone and the advertiser’s strategic priorities.
Maintain high standards of quality control across all deliverables and ensure adherence to brand, legal, and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with account executives and ad operations as needed, to review and translate client briefs into actionable messaging frameworks and creative direction.
When necessary to strengthen creative recommendations, research client products, services, audiences and industry trends to develop messaging.
Evaluate campaign performance using available data and feedback; refine copy and internal processes to support ongoing optimization and improved outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in writing, journalism, storytelling, or advertising copywriting, preferably within host-read advertising, podcasting, creator partnerships, or multimedia campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style to a variety of creator voices while maintaining clarity, persuasive impact, and strategic alignment.
Proven ability to collaborate with sales, account management, and client-facing teams, including direct interaction with talent or clients.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience researching audiences, markets, and competitive dynamics to inform creative decisions.
Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $83,000.00-115,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $69,100.00-95,800.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
