About the RoleThe Sr. Coordinator of Creator Commerce is the engine that keeps our creator affiliate programs moving. Sitting on Gap Inc.’s centralized Marketing Shared Services team, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our commercial-driven creator strategies to life across multiple brands. From building direct connections with creators to engaging and gifting our growing community of affiliates at scale, you’ll help grow our community, drive real impact, and spark social relevance.
You’ll work side by side with Gap Inc. teams in marketing, merchandising, product, influence, PR, legal, finance, paid media, and top social media and affiliate platform partners as well, to ensure our creator commerce efforts are successful, seamless, and engaging. The ideal candidate is a social media native who loves discovering rising creators, has an eye for what’s next to trend, is an exceptional communicator, and can balance creativity with detail, polish, and great execution.What You'll Do
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager of Creator Commerce to bring affiliate strategies to life

  • Coordinate cross-functional needs for influencer/affiliate gifting, outreach, and campaign execution

  • Support creator commerce campaigns to ensure a constant flow of scroll-stopping, trend-driving content that delivers on both revenue and relevance goals

  • Drive always-on affiliate outreach, identifying new engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships

  • Develop and distribute newsletters and mass communications to our growing community of affiliates

  • Track, measure, and report results with a focus on continuous optimization

  • Partner with merchandising teams to connect key product priorities to creator commerce opportunities

  • Provide ad-hoc on-the-ground support for photo shoots, brand events, conferences and conventions, or other activations when needed
