What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agile product development, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders.

  • Ability to work flexible hours across EST, IST, and CST time zones, with a focus on EST morning overlap.

  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and complex environments.

  • Enthusiastic team player with strong listening and feedback skills.

Impact You'll Make:

As a Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering solutions aligned with TransUnion’s product and technology strategies. You’ll work within our Agile framework to translate ideas into actionable plans and user stories, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving successful product outcomes.

  • Lead the delivery, launch, and support of products within a defined product family.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to execute initiatives that enhance customer value and product functionality.

  • Integrate market research, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into product development.

  • Foster alignment across internal teams to ensure timely and coordinated product execution.

  • Define and prioritize stories in the team backlog, ensuring acceptance criteria are met.

  • Support tactical and performance enhancements aligned with strategic goals.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product offerings and user experience.

The expected pay range for this position is $98,000 - $147,000 annually. The pay information provided for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of expected compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of many factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. In addition, variable compensation is based on applicable company guidance and plan documents as well as performance.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
