- 5+ years of relevant experience in business process management, with the ability to apply industry frameworks and techniques.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships to influence, support, and drive change.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Capability to develop a deep understanding of the business and make sound decisions in a time sensitive and thoughtful manner.
- Good communicator, pragmatic and results-driven with a proven ability to prioritize and handle difficult conversations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated flexibility in dealing with change and adversity in a fast-paced environment.

Impact You'll Make:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Management of the TU Canada Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), the Senior Consultant, Business Process Management is responsible for optimizing business processes across TU Canada. This role involves collaborating with various departments to implement process improvements, enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and map existing business processes.
- Identify current state gaps, benefit opportunities, and recommend solutions.
- Develop and implement new processes.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Providing training and support to stakeholders.
- Communicate process changes and updates.
- Support the implementation of changes to achieve BPM objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and variations in processes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
