Job Responsibilities

  • As an RPA Developer/Analyst you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools (Mulesoft RPA specifically). 
  • Responsible for understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and working closely with stakeholders to design effective RPA solutions. Ensure the processes in place are sound and drive optimal business efficiency.
  • Responsible for designing the overall RPA architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compatibility with existing systems. 
  •  Responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of RPA projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. 
  • Responsible for identifying and designing business processes for automation. Ensure the setting, testing, and monitoring of automated workflows for businesses to perform optimally. Eliminate potential errors and refine the process to ascertain quality automation using quality assurance.
  • Work closely with business units and ensure conformance to governance and processes. Responsible for tracking and monitoring RPA automation performances, KPIs, and more. Identify the best practices and implement RPA solutions to ensure the business stays on the growth trajectory.

Qualifications and Skills Set 

  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or C# 
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas where automation can yield the most significant benefits. Keen analytical mind for optimizing workflows.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including hands-on management of system configuration, user setup, workflows, dashboards, and data integrity
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting and solving problems efficiently 
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication ensures a clear understanding of requirements and seamless project execution.
  • Process Assessment: Experience in collaboration with business analysts to assess existing processes and identify areas suitable for automation.
  • Development: Hands on experience to write, test, and implement automation scripts to execute predefined tasks. This involves working with RPA tools specifically Mulesoft RPA
  • Integration: Experience in integrating Mulesoft RPA solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
  • Testing: Ability to conduct thorough testing of automation scripts to identify and rectify any errors or inefficiencies.
  • Documentation: Experience in maintaining detailed documentation of automation processes, 
  • Continuous Improvement: Ability to regularly assess and enhance existing automation processes to optimize efficiency and adapt to evolving business requirements.
  • Collaboration: Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand their needs and tailor automation solutions accordingly.
  • Training: Ability to provide training and support to end-users and other team members, ensuring a smooth transition to automated processes.
  • 4+ Years of Experience in RPA - with at least 1 year specifically in Mulesoft RPA

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
