We are currently searching for a Sr Business Development Manager for IT Staffing and Recruitment:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote IT staffing and recruitment services in Mexico.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, including HR and technology leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., recruitment, delivery) to ensure high-quality service for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze local market trends, adjusting sales approaches to stay competitive and maximize growth.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding set targets and expanding the client portfolio.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT staffing, recruitment, or technology-based services in Mexico.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level and senior stakeholders in Mexican enterprises or multinational companies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Mexico’s IT market, nearshore outsourcing models, and local labor trends.
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles and balancing multiple client engagements.

Desired 

  • Familiarity with HubSpot / CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Background working with both Mexican and international clients, ideally in the tech sector.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
