As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the team with highest priority initiatives with strategic firms and ongoing business activities, and you will be asked to partner across the organization to arrive at insightful business recommendations to senior stakeholders internally and externally. You’re a highly motivated individual and a self-starter who is comfortable working with data, collaborating with partners, conducting analyses, pulling data from systems, writing insights from large sets of information and communicating insights to stakeholders.

You will support more senior members of the team by pulling/analyzing data that will be used to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems.
You will be responsible for interpreting and communicating business results to senior leaders.
You have experience communicating trends and track key KPIs via dashboards and reports to a wide-ranging business audience.
You will support projects, including assessments of new strategic opportunities and industry trends.
You can create business cases for new projects. Makes recommendations based on understanding critical assumptions, expected return on investment and break-even analysis.
You have performed data manipulation and analytics, while working with various business functions and senior members of the team to identify and to respond to business problems.
You will define, conduct research, and analysis to create data-driven insights.
You will support the integration of qualitative and quantitative data and insights from third-party vendors, clients and program metrics to improve reporting and executive communication
You will be able to succeed in collaborative environment and independently with minimal guidance, you are motivated and a self-starter.
Skills/Qualifications:
BA/BS in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Marketing or Technology.
5 -8 years working experience in finance, strategy, analytics, and asset management.
Knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, MS PowerPoint, Data visualization (plus).
You have experience uncovering trends and distilling key insights into digestible formats
Southern California Base Salary Range: $96,120-$153,792
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
