Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, translate business goals into functional/non-functional requirements and user stories, analyze processes and data, create dashboards and KPIs, manage stakeholders and Agile delivery, support testing and UAT, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure solutions meet business and compliance objectives.
Business & Requirements Analysis
- Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Manage priorities, timelines, and expectations in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
- Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and decision-making sessions.
Data & Process Analysis
- Perform detailed data analysis to support recommendations and validate assumptions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure performance and outcomes.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to address operational challenges and improve efficiencies.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to ensure thorough understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Support testing activities including test case development, UAT coordination, and validation of deliverables.
- Ensure solutions meet business goals, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive process documentation, requirements specifications, and release notes.
- Communicate insights and updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present findings, recommendations, and strategic analysis to leadership teams.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirements documentation, process mapping (e.g., BPMN), and workflow analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred
- Knowledge of API concepts, system integrations, and technical documentation.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Product Owner/Scrum Master.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Asana.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 161,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
