Sr. Associate Product Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Palo Alto HQ

We’re looking for a Sr. Associate Product Marketing Manager to support content development and marketing program execution for Rubrik’s data security portfolio. You’ll work across product, sales and marketing teams and play a key role in helping to bring our messaging to life through high-quality collateral, sales enablement tools, and go-to-market assets that support product launches and demand generation.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product marketing career to build experience across content creation, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced cybersecurity company.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and manage content such as product web pages, datasheets, customer presentations, blog posts, social media copy, and videos.
  • Support go-to-market activities for new product releases, working with campaign and product marketing leads to deliver supporting assets.
  • Partner with product managers, demand generation, and field marketing to help translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling content.
  • Assist in the development of sales enablement tools like pitch decks, FAQs, battlecards, and training materials.
  • Identify success metrics for assets and activities, and drive regular communication on progress with key stakeholders

Experience you’ll need

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or related role in B2B tech - cybersecurity or SaaS experience a plus.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ability to quickly learn and translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional skills in developing creative, differentiated marketing assets
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$122,600$183,900 USD
