Position Overview

The Senior Associate, Paid Social will provide tactical paid social recommendations and manage paid social media campaigns for clients. The Senior Associate, Paid Social will plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid social media efforts with some oversight from more senior team members. You must have experience in Facebook and Instagram. X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat are a plus. In this position, you will take responsibility for day-to-day campaign management, trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to meet client KPIs. You are up to date on the latest and greatest across social platforms & trends and have an eye on what is new and exciting in the space. You will help provide training and mentoring to junior team members to help them grow and advance in their careers.


Responsibilities

· Provides tactical details and strategic input to develop paid social media recommendations.

· Ability to independently execute and optimize comprehensive paid social campaigns within the platform for the brand you work on. Duties include trafficking campaigns within the platform, monitoring creative requests and spec details, quality assurance, adhering to timelines, and following general paid social best practices.

· Monitors campaign performance to achieve goal KPIs and budget parameters, recommending optimizations based on observed data and trends.

· Collaborate to compile and share routine campaign performance reports, provide insightful observations, and recommend tests internally and with clients.

· Presents recommendations and reports results with thoughtful next steps and actions, communicates with internal and external partners, and maintains professional and collaborative relationships.

· Stay up to date with partner offerings, platform enhancements, and industry updates, making applicable recommendations for clients.

· Attend internal and external training and complete required social platform certifications as needed.

· Senior Associate will help train and mentor Associates and other junior members of the team.

· Budget and financial duties include oversight of routine budget pacing including more complex data fees and overseer billing administration.


Qualification - Required Skills

· Software: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

· Previous experience executing multiple campaigns in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and one other platform. (X [formerly Twitter], Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit and LinkedIn)

· Thorough knowledge of said social platform capabilities and how to set up a variety of campaigns with differing objectives.

· Communication: Comfortable routinely working closely with peers and internal teams in person and via email, phone, and video.

· Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ability to prepare presentations and share with internal stakeholders.

· KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree


Qualifications - Desired Skills

· 2+ years of experience in a role where paid social media management was a core job responsibility.

· Interest and passion for social media and advertising

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
