We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- - Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher
- - Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must.
- - Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
- - Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus
- - Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
- - Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA or higher certification
- Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
- Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
- Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)
- Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL

- Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning
- Pega BIX, connectors & services
- Job Schedulers, Queue Processors
- Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
- Pega admin (installation, configuration)
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payments, disputes, or lending workflows
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in banking
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience

Compensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 62,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 217,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
