Position Overview
The Sr. Analyst, Operations Enablement Team is a senior professional role responsible for enabling efficient, data-driven operations across the Forward Stocking Locations (FSL) and Transportation network. This position provides site coverage, reporting, metric tracking, program execution, and operational support across core programs, including Transportation; FSL fulfillment services such as Replacement Device and Expert Setup (RDES), New Device and Expert Setup (NDES), and 5G initiatives; as well as future rollouts. The role translates operational data into actionable insights, supports continuous improvement, and ensures alignment with field service operations through structured communication and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate practical AI proficiency, including writing effective prompts, using generative AI to summarize, draft, analyze, and improve workflows, and creating basic custom GPTs or similar assistants to support team productivity, knowledge-sharing, and customer-focused outcomes.
Generate, validate, and distribute operational reports covering transportation spend, receiving, exceptions, cycle counts, overtime, and productivity metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Monitor and track KPIs across FSL and Transportation; perform variance, root-cause, and trend analyses to identify cost drivers and lead cost optimization initiatives, including process, network, and vendor/pricing improvements.
Support financial planning and forecasting activities by tracking budgets versus actuals, analyzing variances, and identifying risks and opportunities impacting cost and operational performance.
Support execution and continuous improvement of operations programs (Transportation, RDES, NDES, 5G), including process documentation, SOP updates, and scalable rollout readiness.
Provide site and program coverage as needed to maintain service continuity and support field operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, align on targets, and ensure consistent reporting standards.
Prepare and deliver concise updates for leadership; develop dashboards and summaries to inform decision-making.
Participate in and facilitate recurring meetings (weekly production, daily standups, KPI reviews, cross-functional syncs); capture actions and drive follow-up.
Ensure data integrity and governance across reporting systems, dashboards, & tools; escalate anomalies and propose corrective actions.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by leadership in alignment with the scope of the role.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
2-3+ of experience in operations analytics, supply chain, transportation, or field service support in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience creating KPI frameworks, dashboards, and operational reports; familiarity with FSL or last-mile logistics preferred.
Hands-on experience supporting program rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
Strong understanding of operations metrics (inventory health, exceptions, cycle counts, throughput, overtime) and transportation KPIs.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skills across operations, logistics, and field service teams.
Process-oriented with a continuous improvement focus; experience with SOPs and change management is beneficial.
