We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Analyst for GTM Strategy & Operations to join our high-performing team. The Role:
- Partner with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and strategic growth.
- Analyze complex sales and operational data to uncover insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and systems to optimize sales productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Collaborate on the design and rollout of sales territories, quotas, and incentive plans to drive performance.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
- Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, or a related analytical role within SaaS or a high growth startup.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- MUST HAVE extensive field sales operating experience along with tangible examples of direct partnership with sales leadership within SaaS/ tech industry.
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel/Gsheets); proficient in CRM software (Salesforce).
- Proven ability to synthesize data into strategic insights and execute on recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on continuous improvement.

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$106,000—$134,000 USD
