What will you be doing?

Circana is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Global Consumer Solutions (GCS) team. This role is instrumental in helping our clients unlock growth by delivering actionable insights derived from consumer and shopper data. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to manage projects, deliver strategic recommendations, and support the development and execution of insights-driven initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Insights Development & Delivery

  • Analyze consumer and shopper data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities for client growth.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and visualizations that inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into broader client strategies.

Client Engagement & Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand and apply insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to share findings and recommendations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and support the resolution of data-related issues in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner and trusted subject matter expert to cross-functional teams, leveraging you deep expertise in our Consumer Solutions to help shape and develop opportunities that drive client success.

Project Management

  • Lead or support multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and enhance best-in-class content, templates, and processes for insights delivery.

Training & Enablement

  • Support the development, updating, and delivery of training materials for internal teams and clients.
  • Stay current on Global Consumer Solutions tools, data, methodologies, and industry trends to ensure best practices are applied.

Requirements

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, analytics, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience working with consumer panel data, syndicated data, or shopper insights preferred. 

Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, US

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
