About the Job:

As part of Taco Bell’s Marketing team, the Sr. Analyst, Experience Planning will have the opportunity to play a key role in the national calendar commercialization process. You will work with cross-functional partners on the coordination of efforts to build, launch and optimize our go-to-market strategies, ensuring product priorities are showcased on the menu while ensuring each calendar window delivers on forecasted top line business goals.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Support the national calendar commercialization process, assisting in product calendar development, program alignments, product contingency planning and stewarding cross-functional teams through execution.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional peers to capture inputs from multiple points of view and incorporate omnichannel elements into planning.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to help inform calendar experience planning and learn know how of business and merch levers across ordering channels.
  • Partner with Finance and Insights/Analytics team on forecast requests and ensuring each calendar experience window achieves forecasted business goals.
  • Work closely with Merchandising team to ensure product priorities are represented across multiple ordering touchpoints.

Is This You?

  • 2+ years industry experience preferred.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and collaborative leadership style.
  • Relevant experience on well-established CPG products or in QSR/Restaurant industry.
  • Genuine passion for food and customer experience.
  • BA or BS preferred; 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
  • Strong project management, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills.
  • Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical yet flexible thinking and desire to have a large impact on our organization  
  • The ideal candidate is obsessive about the details but understands the bigger picture, proactive, data driven and analytical with the ability to dream big, executes effectively, and can operate in a dynamic environment

Salary Range: ­­$96,000 to $112,900 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
