We’re RPA: an independent advertising agency that puts People First. It’s a unique philosophy for a different kind of agency: where we aspire to create work that truly matters to people, for brands that respect and value people, with a team we empower and treat like people. And we do it all in the heart of sunny Santa Monica, California.
Why You’ll Never Want to Leave
Our People First philosophy means creating a culture where people like you can thrive, do meaningful work, and — we hope — stick around for a while. In an industry known for high turnover, people at RPA seem to recognize the value of an environment that truly wants to support our Associates’ lives and career growth.

You're not an Analyst...you're an amazing storyteller. OK, you're an Analyst. But you can tell extraordinary stories with data, and that is what we are looking for. If you enjoy numbers and are a critical thinker that can multi-task, work in team settings, produce high quality work with minimal supervision, then you may have just found your dream job.

- Create and deliver executive-level visualizations that connect media performance with key business and marketing objectives.
- Assist with research and analytics efforts across brands by supporting measurement plans, goal setting, testing strategies, and performance evaluation across Digital, Linear, and Streaming media.
- Oversee multiple brand tracking initiatives, transforming raw survey data into meaningful strategic insights.
- Expand analytics capabilities through forecasting, automation, and business intelligence solutions, including the development of internal and leadership dashboards.
- Build and manage automated data pipelines to support data cleaning, weighting, and KPI calculations.
- Generate recurring reports highlighting brand health metrics, competitive landscape insights, and media effectiveness.
How You'll Excel in Your Role
- 2+ years of analytics experience, ideally within advertising or media.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analysis, charting, and automation.
- Experienced with ETL tools like Domo to clean, transform, and prepare data for client deliverables in PowerPoint or Tableau.
- Comfortable working with raw data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and other BI platforms.
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a passion for numbers and storytelling through data.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with solid project and time management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities, including client requests.
- Collaborative team player eager to learn and grow new technical and strategic skills.
