Mondelēz International is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Analyst to join our Global Insights & Analytics Center of Excellence (COE), supporting both Category Strategy and Global Brand Insights for iconic brands like Oreo and Cadbury. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in insights and analytics to drive consumer-centric, data-led growth strategies across our strategic categories and global brands.
As a key member of our dedicated COE team, you will synthesize available knowledge, conduct targeted research, and deliver compelling recommendations to fuel brand and category growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing and category planning teams, influencing key areas such as brand imagery, innovation, and communication.

How You Will Contribute
As Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and leverage growth opportunities across global markets and business units by analyzing consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Generate Actionable Insights: Develop behavior-changing insights and identify effective levers of consumer engagement, translating data into strategic recommendations.
  • Drive Continuous Optimization: Continuously optimize business performance through rigorous data analysis, tracking key metrics, and applying learnings to improve strategies.
  • Lead Research Initiatives: Define research objectives, methodologies, scopes, and action standards for projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop Business Implications: Uncover key findings and insights, translating them into clear business implications and strategic recommendations that drive action.
  • Uncover Snacking Trends: Develop and activate insights on general snacking behaviors and trends by mining diverse data sources, including channel, category, brand, competitive, and macro data.
  • Analyze Business Performance: Identify key drivers of overall business performance at both category and brand levels, providing a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.


Growth Agenda Management:

  • Guide Brand Strategy: Partner with brand and category teams to develop consumer-centric brand strategies, integrating market and social trends to inform decision-making.
  • Drive Incremental Growth: Champion a consumer-centric approach to incremental brand growth, identifying core opportunities and guiding brand maintenance (product, packaging, assortment, pricing, communication).
  • Fuel Innovation: Contribute to the development of incremental innovation and the identification of white space opportunities, leveraging consumer insights to inform new product development.
  • Deliver Actionable Research: Develop, manage, and deliver impactful ad hoc research projects, translating findings into actionable insights that drive business results.
  • Maximize Incrementality: Leverage globally and locally implemented Demand Spaces and Eat States frameworks to maximize incrementality and optimize resource allocation.
  • Communicate Compellingly: Communicate insights and recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, grounding recommendations in multiple data sources and knowledge.
  • Share Knowledge: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the broader Insights & Analytics and Marketing community, ensuring best practices and learnings are disseminated effectively.


What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • Proven experience in market research, ideally within the FMCG/CPG industry or a major retailer.
  • Experience working directly with marketing teams.
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing primary & secondary data sources.

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
